Project Overview

Northern Heritage Roofing was commissioned to carry out full roof replacements on two adjoining mono-pitched bungalows in Westerhope, Newcastle upon Tyne. Both homeowners opted for a coordinated upgrade using the same brown concrete Double Roman tiles, allowing the new roofs to be installed seamlessly across both properties without the need for a bonding gutter. This approach created a clean, continuous finish across the shared roofline.

Scope of Work

• Removal of existing roof coverings from both bungalows

Challenges & Solutions
