Scope of Work:
Our team carried out a complete strip and re-roof, replacing all failed components and upgrading the roof structure for long-term performance. Challenges & Solutions:
The main challenge was dealing with the degraded battens and felt, which had left parts of the roof exposed to damp. Once stripped, we carefully inspected the rafters and reinforced areas as needed before proceeding with the new system—ensuring a stable and reliable structure moving forward.
