Project Overview

Northern Heritage Roofing was appointed to install a new natural slate roof on a terraced property in Morpeth, Northumberland. The project also included insulation upgrades to the recently converted attic space, as well as a full reroof of the rear off-shot extension. The goal was to deliver a traditional aesthetic while improving the property's energy efficiency and weather protection.

Scope of Work

Challenges & Solutions

Our team installed PIR boards with care, ensuring a high-performance thermal barrier while maintaining appropriate ventilation. The off-shot extension was also reroofed using matching materials to ensure consistency in appearance and durability.
