Northern Heritage Roofing was commissioned to replace the flat roof over a front-facing bay window on a residential bungalow in South Shields, Tyne and Wear. The existing covering had aged and was no longer providing reliable weather protection. We installed a new EPDM rubber membrane system, known for its excellent durability and watertight performance—ideal for smaller flat roof areas like bay tops.
