Project Overview:
Northern Heritage Roofing was commissioned by a property developer to install two GRP flat dormer roofs on a modern townhouse build in the scenic town of Richmond, North Yorkshire. This project was part of a broader new-build scheme designed to blend contemporary living with low-maintenance, high-durability materials.

Scope of Work:
We supplied and installed two fully waterproof GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) dormers, including both the roof and side cheeks. GRP was selected for its long lifespan, sleek finish, and excellent resistance to weathering—an ideal choice for new construction projects where long-term reliability is a must.

The precision of GRP application also demanded a dry window, which we timed expertly with site scheduling and weather conditions.
